WHAT DO YOU HAVE FOR LUNCH?

PASTA AND TOMATO, LENTILS, CABAGGE, VEGGIES, BEANS, CHICKEN, TOFU, SALMON,SARDINES,MACKEREL

AND FOR DINNER?

SALAD, PUREE, MUSHROOM OMELETTE, FISH, RICE SALAD, CHEESE..

BE HEALTHY AND DON´T EAT  TOO MANY SWEETIES!!
